  • Bedford Borough Council
    Paralegal Apprenticeship in Bedford

    Salary: National Minimum Wage
    Minimum requirements: GCSE grades A* to C (Grades 9 – 4) or equivalent are essential, specifically Maths and English. 3 A-levels at grade C and above
    Closing date: 24 August 2018
    Bedford Borough Council, a unitary authority that provides a wide range of services to the local community are looking for a new Paralegal Apprentice to join their Legal Services Department. They provide the Council and other clients with a quality service that is responsive and cost effective. The Legal Services Department is split into two main teams:
    • ACE Team (Adult Children and Education)
    • GPPL Team (Governance, Property, Planning and other Litigation)
    This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and forward thinking service, giving the opportunity to develop in the role and start a legal career, following successful completion of the apprenticeship.

    Intermediate Legal Administration Apprenticeship in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire.
    Salary: Apprenticeship Minimum Wage.
    Minimum requirements: 5 GCSE grades A* to C (Grades 9 – 4) or equivalent are essential, specifically Maths and English.

    We have a unique opportunity working with Fitzgerald-Harts in Boroughbridge in North Yorkshire. This is a junior administrative role within a small but exceptionally busy law firm carrying out a wide range of private client, conveyancing and litigation work. You will be trained and involved in all aspects of administration across the firm including audio typing, a sought after skill in the legal profession.
    Apart from the day-to-day administration, the ideal candidate will learn how legal cases are managed on a daily basis. The right candidate should be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to work with a wide range of clients and professionals and the desire to learn from the ‘bottom up’. For the right candidate there are further development opportunity within the firm in the future.

    Advanced Business Administration Apprenticeship in Selly Oak

    Salary: National Minimum Wage
    Minimum requirements: 8 GCSEs grades A to C or equivalent are essential, specifically Maths and English. 3 A-Levels at grade C or above is desired
    Closing date: 10 October 2018
    Brevitts are a small firm in Selly Oak, Birmingham, who specialise in Private Client Practice. They have successful experience of taking on and developing apprentices, with one even progressing on to the Chartered Legal Executive Apprenticeship.
    They are looking for a Business Administrator with an option to progress on to the Paralegal Apprenticeship upon completion.

  • Goodwills Legal Services
    Paralegal Apprenticeship in Bedford
    Salary: £150 per week
    Minimum requirements: GCSE grades A* to C (Grades 9 – 4) or equivalent are essential, specifically Maths and English. 3 A-levels at grade C and above
    Closing date: 31 August 2018
    Goodwills Legal Services LTD is a firm specialising in Wills, Trusts, Probate, Court of Protection and some Conveyancing work. We have previously taken on several CILEx apprentices and currently have a CILEx apprentice with the firm, who will help the successful candidate with getting to grips with the role. As a specialist firm, you will be given more opportunity to look at particular legal issues, under supervision, in significant depth and detail.
