How to apply
An apprenticeship is a job. As such, you will need to apply for, and be offered, a role before you can enrol on your apprenticeship. Below are the instructions for applying for our vacancies.
Note: instructions may be different for some vacancies – please see the individual vacancy listings for information.
1. Identify a vacancy
When selecting a vacancy (or vacancies) you want to apply for, check whether the time and cost of commuting is realistic from your location.
2. Check your eligibility
Take our three-question eligibility quiz to check that you are eligible for the role(s) you want to apply for.
3. Update your CV
Ensure that your CV includes all the relevant information (see CV example below).
It should be in a Word format, no longer than two A4 pages and it must include your name.
4. Draft your supporting statement
You should pay attention to details and additional requirements set out in the job advert and description.
Your supporting statement should explain why you are applying for this apprenticeship, including the new learning and workplace skills you think you will acquire through this apprenticeship.
5. Complete an application form
You will need to complete and submit a separate one for each vacancy you wish to apply for. Some roles will require you to apply directly to the employer while for others you will send your application to us first. Please read and follow the instructions on the vacancy advertisement(s) which interest you.
