CLS apprentices and client employers shortlisted in Asian Apprenticeship Awards
Two CILEx Law School apprentices have been shortlisted in the Financial, Legal and Professional Services category at this year’s Asian Apprenticeship Awards.
Anil Kararra, a Paralegal Apprentice with Gowling WLG, and Marjana Uddin, who recently completed her apprenticeship and is now working as a Paralegal with the BBC, are among six current and former apprentices in the running for the award.
Gowling WLG and the BBC are also both in the running for the Large Employer of the Year award.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony held at Edgbaston Cricket Ground, in Birmingham, on Thursday 29 November.
Jenny Pelling, CILEx Law School’s Director of Business and Apprenticeships, said: “Congratulations to Anil and Marjana, and to our clients Gowling WLG and BBC for being shortlisted for these awards. This is great recognition for the apprentices’ hard work and for the time and resources invested by their employers in making their apprenticeship schemes work.”
