Wright Hassall recruiting three new apprentices for Leamington office

One of the largest law firms in the Midlands is taking on three additional apprentices.

Wright Hassall, which has been operating in Leamington Spa for over 170 years, is recruiting two Paralegal Apprentices and a Business Administrator Apprentice.

The three successful candidates will start work at the firm’s office in Olympus Avenue in November 2018.

Wright Hassall has teamed up with CILEx Law School to offer the apprenticeship opportunities.

CILEx Law School is an award-winning provider of legal apprenticeships and has been delivering them since they first became available in 2013.

The Paralegal Apprenticeship is a two-year programme, and the two apprenticeships being offered are in Wright Hassall’s property and private client departments. The apprenticeship incorporates a recognised qualification, the CILEx Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice.

The Business Administrator Apprenticeship lasts 21 months and incorporates a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration.

Paul Gregson, Wright Hassall’s HR Director (photo) said: “As one of the largest law firms in the Midlands, and a respected name in the local community, we are pleased to be giving three local people the chance to join our firm and to gain their first job within the legal sector.”

Jenny Pelling, CILEx Law School’s Director of Business and Apprenticeships, said: “We are delighted to be working with Wright Hassall on their apprenticeship scheme. The apprenticeships are a great opportunity for anyone interested in forging a career in law at a supportive and dymanic law firm.”

Anyone interested in applying for the role should visit CILEx Law School’s apprenticeship vacancies page.

Applications for the three apprenticeships close on Friday, 2 November with interviews taking place the following week.
